On March 23, 2018, special lecture by Ambassador of Jordan hosted by Korea-Arab Society was held at Ewha womans University. 

This year's first speaker was H.E. Adel Mohammad Adaileh, Ambassador of Jordan. He delivered the lecture under the subject of "Jordan, History and Civilization- Significant Political and Humanitarian Role". 

Around 50 students of graduate school of international studies attending this lecture, he explained overall history and political situation of the Middle East region including Jordan and growing social role of women in Jordan. Especially political stability and humanitarian activities of Jordan were highlighted in the lecture.

During Q&A session after the lecture, students enthusiastically asked questions on various issues including culture and society of Jordan with refugees.
