Secretary-General Son Se-joo met with the newly appointed ambassador of Saudi Arabia to Korea, H.E. Mr. Riyadh Almubaraki on the 14th of March.

Ambassador Riyadh Almubaraki expressed his special interest and love to Korea, as he talked about his previous assignment in Korea back in 1990 and a master's degree he received from a Korean university.

The embassy of Saudi Arabia in Korea is one of the main participants in 'Arab Pavilion' at C-Festival by COEX which is scheduled to be held in early May.

Both parties agreed to collaborate closely to promote bilateral relations, with Ambassdor Almubaraki adding that he will be a 'friend' of Korea.
