First, the students had one day tour of Saudi Aramco in Dammam which is the national oil company of Saudi Arabia and had the opportunity to look around the current and the future of Saudi Arabia's national petroleum and natural gas industry. Then they visited King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Dhahran and met local students who are studying in science and engineering department which gave them a chance to explore their career path in the Arab world. They also visited the Korean companies nearby Aramco and learned how the companies entered into the Arab market and obtained practical information on how to work or do businesses in the Arab world. In Riyadh, they visited Prince Sultan University and experienced local student life by having dialogues with students and faculties. Whereas in Jeddah, the delegation met Saudi Arabian students who are studying in a Korean language school and built new networks.

This exchange program offered Korean students to experience Arab culture at firsthand by meeting local students, visiting institutes, industry sites as well as cultural exploration such as visiting historical sites and museums.

Korea-Arab Society will continue to provide these exchange visit programs to encourage next generation's leaders to bridge gaps and broaden their perspectives on each other's society and culture.
