At the Meeting, following items on the agenda were adopted.

- Report on written resolution of 2023

- Election of the Auditors

- Outcomes of the Program for the year 2023

- Projected Programs for the year 2024

- Ordinary Expenditures for the year 2024

- Fund Management Plan for the year 2024

- Amendment of the Statute

- Amendment of the KAS Policies

- Appointment of Advisors

Also four Koreans and six Arabs were re-appointed and three Koreans were newly elected as the Board of Directors of KAS.
