Ramadan is the ninth month in the Islamic calendar. It is a period of prayer, fast during the hours of daylight, charity-giving and self-accountability for Muslims. 

Ramadan 2017 started from Saturday 27 May and will continue for 30 days until Sunday 25 June.

In this regard, the working hours of the relevant Arab embassies in Seoul and offices in the Arab region will be reduced.
