Special lecture by H.E. Salam Fayyad, former Prime Minister of Palestine was held on 27 May 2014 in the Minerva Complex International Conference Hall at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies. The lecture was hosted by the Korea-Arab Society(KAS) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in which Mr. Chung Yong-chil, Secretary-General of KAS presided over the lecture. The theme of the lecture was “My Country, Palestine”, Q&A and reception were also held in the lecture with more than 150 people including diplomatic corps, government, academic personnel and students.

At the lecture, H.E. Salam Fayyad talked about current situation of Palestine, peaceful solution in the Middle East, and development of relationship between Korea and Palestine.
